These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Glora mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

We collect certain data from your Instagram profile via the Meta API, but only after you grant explicit permission. The types of data collected include:

• Instagram username and user ID
• Profile picture
• Follower count
• Engagement metrics (likes, comments, etc. from recent posts)
• Posting frequency
• Profile bio and other publicly visible account data

We do not collect your Instagram login credentials.

3. How We Collect Data

Data is collected only after you log in through Instagram and grant access via the Meta API. The App does not collect personal data passively or in the background.

We may also collect device-level information through analytics tools (see Section 5).

4. Purpose of Data Use

We use the collected data to:

• Provide personalized feedback on your Instagram performance
• Score your profile based on KPIs such as engagement and activity
• Offer general and personalized tips for profile improvement

Your data is never sold to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may collect or process your data:

• Firebase – authentication, analytics, backend
• RevenueCat – in-app subscription management
• Superwall – paywall presentation and management
• Mixpanel – usage analytics

These services may store data on servers outside the European Union, including the United States.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you have an account with us. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we store about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Data Transfer

Some of your data may be stored or processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar mechanisms.

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal data, including encryption, secure servers, and access control. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
